Telephone & e-mail enquiries and consultations:
Telephone enquiries and consultations are received every day of the week from: 9:30 am until 7:00 pm. If a representative is not able to receive your call, your contact information can be left with our messaging service. Your call will be returned, usually within an hour.
E-mail enquiries are answered within 24 hrs.
Telephone consultations can be pre-arranged for any time that best suits the client's needs, especially when time zone differences present constraints.
On-site consultations and training sessions:
Appointments for on-site consultations and training sessions can be arranged for any day of the week, including weekends, from 9:30 am until 8:00 pm.
Unless pre-arranged with a client, each session is one hour in length. If the session runs over the one hour time frame, there are no additional charges. At TRANSFORM we do business on time, but recognize there are circumstances that require extra effort to ensure success.
In circumstances where the problem behaviour is "site specific", such as with a dog that is displaying aggression toward other dogs when out for walk; a session would take place at the location where the client and their dog most often walk. Situation specific observations can be made to accurately diagnose the behavioural solution. The client learns through coaching and demonstration, in the actual circumstance that causes the greatest concern, how to manage their animal companion's behaviour and affect the change they desire.
Follow-up:
At the end of each session your TRANSFORM representative will arrange a date and time to contact you in order to assess the response from the animal and whether the recommendations are being consistently and appropriately applied. There are occasions when adjustments to the training pogram may be necessary in order to elicit the desired response from the animal or their human companion.
There are NO fees or charges for follow-up contacts.
TRANSFORM strives for nothing less than 100% success in helping animal owners achieve the behaviour they desire from their animal companions. This is accomplished, in part, by encouraging feedback from the client and maintaining an open line of communication throughout the entire process until the client and their animal companion succeed.
